Communities

Since 2011, members of the Aedis team, either as principal or agent, have been directly responsible for the sourcing, acquisition, and rehabilitation of 12 properties, totaling just under 1,900 units in six states. The rehabilitation costs for these properties was slightly over $58 million, with a total acquisition cost of over $117 million. Tax exempt bonds and 4% tax credits were the primary financing mechanism used.

Aedis is developing its Hope Street Initiative meant to address the homelessness crisis. It currently has plans to build three properties consisting of 231 units, with total project costs of approximately $70 million. These newly constructed units will provide permanent supportive housing for the chronically homeless in Los Angeles.
