Haynes Garden Apartments is a 208-unit apartment complex on 17.63 acres located in Nashville, Tennessee. It was originally constructed in 1971, and consists of a mix of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom garden-style units arranged in seventeen (17) two-story buildings and one (1) one-story administration/laundry building. The property has a 20-year renewed, project based HAP contract covering all the units. This property was purchased in December of 2016 and will undergo approximately $10.5 million in renovation.
