Foundation for Affordable Housing

Foundation for Affordable Housing, founded by Tom and Deborrah Willard, is a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) public benefit nonprofit corporation. With expertise, experience, and care, FFAH eases the burden of State, County, and Local Housing Authorities through the construction, acquisition, and operation of low-income and senior housing. FFAH’s goal is to use years of hard-won experience to make the process as straightforward as possible. By focusing on the profitability and sustainability of each projects, they have been able to build safe and comfortable housing for those who need it most.
