Hope Street Development Group is a joint venture partnership between Aedis Real Estate Group and LSA Capital that will focus on building sustainable and environmentally friendly apartment homes serving the chronically homeless. Hope Street Development Group is currently in construction on its first project, Hope on Alvarado, but has two others in the design and plan approval process to be built in Los Angeles. Hope Street is looking to develop these permanent supportive housing properties elsewhere in California, and hopefully in major cities throughout the United States.
